preferably a dvd or cd-rom. not a book.

I know my skills for learning a second language in a high school class, and I didn’t do so well. (It was for Spanish)

Now that I’m in college, I want to take French, but should I do that, or should I use a computer program like Rosetta Stone?

since i live in san antonio i had to take Spanish but i really wanted to take French and now that ive graduated are there any good programs that i can learn French?

I have already taken French 1 in school and I want to learn French more aadvanced because I want to take a trip to Paris some time , and hopefully by then I can speak sumwhat fluently

I am looking for a good french learning program that isn’t going to empty my bank account. I have heard both good and bad things about Rosetta Stone and honestly i wouldn’t spend that much money anyways. Can anyone suggest a program that they may have used and had good results with? Thanks.
