ive never learned french, im american..i might want to go to Oxford university.
anyone have ideas on how to learn it easy but fairly quick, without wasting too much money???

If I am fluent in Spanish how easy would it be to learn French? Could I be fluent in French if I had a minor in it and took some study abroad? Thanks VERY much in advance!

I am not going to any french classes or having a tutor. I plan to learn french by self teaching with books, internet, and internet youtube videos….
