PostHeaderIcon I Need To Learn French for Canadian Customers. Any suggestions on best way?

I’ve been given the task of learning french due to our expanding canadian customer base. My question is- if I learn basic french will this be enough to get over the language barrier? I know that there are some exceptions in the vocabulary for french canadian- how do I learn this? Any suggestions for learning a new language? Thank you in advance!!
I really need to learn the language versus translate it.

PostHeaderIcon Tangled – When Will My Life Begin? [Canadian French]

Sorry for the bad quality. The lyrics of the songs are fast the same as for the french european lyrics, but the lyrics for the dialogs are different. I OWN NOTHING OF THIS VIDEO!!

PostHeaderIcon Hellfire (Canadian French) w/ subs & translation

The song “Hellfire” from Disney’s The Hunchback of Notre Dame in Canadian French. I think his voice is perfect for Frollo. Unfortuntately, I don’t know who sings this version. I didn’t translate the spoken part in the middle because even though I probably could if I really tried, I finished this literally at 2am. So no, I didn’t feel like cranking the speakers to hear what they were mumbling. =] Vocab: pourquoi – why l’Enfer – hell toujours – always cœur – heart péché – sin (noun) jeter – to cast (as in cast a spell or curse) Dieu – God sirèn – enchantress tuer – to kill I do not own “The Hunchback of Notre Dame”. “The Hunchback of Notre Dame” is owned by the Walt Disney Co.

I’m specifically looking for schools in Ottawa, but any information or links to further information would be appreciated.
Also, are native Canadian language courses subsidized at all?
