PostHeaderIcon Jean Baptiste Mondino – La Danse des Mots

Music Clip of Jean Baptiste Mondino : “La Danse des Mots” (words danse), directed by famous French Jean Baptiste Mondino (1983). He invented the first world modern music video clip with his own song (himself singing). This is the first time a music video is not filming only the artirst performing, but there is full of many different and coherent artistic creations and collaborations from others French actors, dancers, smurfers, painters, taggers, kids, etc… This is the first time we hear rap music as well. It is made of real filmings, pixilations, animations, cartoons, and even scratching directly on the film. It is full of colors and really enjoyable and contemporary. It is all about private jokes on the French language. Now, this master piece is a member of the permanent video library of the New York Museum of Modern Art : it belongs to the History of Humanity. Enjoy ! See more from Jean Baptiste Mondino at : www.youtube.com

PostHeaderIcon How long would it take to learn french fluently?

Planning on moving to Quebec in 4-5 years and I know that the main language is french.

I want to be very fluent and be able to read, write, say, and understand french so I won’t be some lost american tourist.

How long would it take me to learn this?
Let’s say, if, I studied hard almost everyday?

And what’s the BEST way to learn french?
(just curious)

PostHeaderIcon When she loved me MULTILANGUAGE

Now another multilanguage but this time from a movie like “Toy Story 2″. Yeah…a movie in which songs are rare but the main song “When she loved me” is very nice, I think. Unfortunately I couldn’t find it in so many languages, for example in my mother language German. Whatever, I hope you enjoy it :)

Super Cars of Summer Parade in London Streets
For the most part, Londoners have welcomed the exotic vehicles and their wealthy Persian Gulf oil state owners, except for the occasional late-night races.

I have asked this on another section but did not get a compelling answer
